The Gravity Sand Filter operates with a straightforward mechanism: water flows downward through the sand layer, which traps impurities, leaving the filtered water clean. This system is highly automated, compact, and operates with low running costs. Many of our customers use it for drinking water purification or as part of industrial water pre-treatment. It's easy to use, provides consistent results, and is well-suited to operations requiring simplicity. We offer OEM and ODM services to customize the tank size and sand thickness to suit your desired filtration speed and output water quality.

Our minimum order requirement is 50,000 RMB. Before mass production, we provide free samples for testing and accept third-party inspections. Quality control is a priority for us: we train our workers regularly to enhance their skills, and we select only high-quality materials for production. Each Gravity Sand Filter undergoes a 100% inspection before packing. We also offer a one-year warranty. If the goods are damaged during shipping due to our fault, we will recall and replace them at no cost. Our after-sales team, consisting of more than five people, provides full support.
